Domestic Shipping

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Auckland, New Zealand.

International Shipping

Our shop currently only allows shipping to NZ addresses. We are working on expanding globally and are hoping to ship to many places by mid 2024.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. This means that your order will be shipped within 3-5 business days of placing your order.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Please see our returns policy for more details.
